N2N Events Consulting Agency is the brainchild of Nicole Nichols MS, CMP. Nicole Nichols has been an events industry professional for over 20 years. She has worked with organizations such as the American Heart Association and Bloomberg L.P. Nicole is also an event industry public speaker delivering corporate culture seminars to industry professionals. She has served as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Executive Liaison to Leadership outlining and implementing DE&I strategies as well as updating Human Resources policies.

Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology with a Business minor from Pace University followed by a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan College. Always a consummate learner, she has earned her certification as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and the Sustainable Events Strategist Certificate from the Professional Conference Management Assocation (PCMA).

Nicole has been featured in BizBash and The Vendry speaking about the importance of mental health awareness among event professionals. She has also been recognized by Black in Events as one of the Top 100 in Events. She currently serves on the Events Industry Council's (EIC) Education Committee.
